Has my order shipped?
|

An email is sent when your order ships. Check the email account used during the ordering process for a verification of order shipment message from ActionAirgun. Be sure your spam filter allows emails from actionairgun.com.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
|
|
It is possible to increase or decrease the quantities ordered while using the shopping cart. In the 'Qty' column, enter the number of items you wish to purchase and click on the update button. Note that once an order has been confirmed or has shipped, the order cannot be changed via the website. Please call customer service for assistance.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Log on to the shipper's website's tracking page and enter your tracking number.

My order never arrived.
|

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped based on the confirmation email you received after placing the order. In the confirmation email will be the shipper's tracking number for your order. Contact the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", you should determine who signed for the packages.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?
|
- Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site.
- Fill in the registration form completely.
- Check the email account used during the registration process. Shortly after registering you will receive an activation email from ActionAirgun. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. How much is my shipping?
|

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Your shipping address must be a physical location, we cannot deliver packages to a post office address.

To find what you are looking for, use the navigation menus on the top and bottom of our website. The Online Shop has tabs for Featured Items, Products and Events. Select the category of item you wish to buy and select items by clicking on the picture. After review you may add the item to your cart or select another item to review.

How do I use a promotion code?
|

After adding items to your cart, click the "Check Out" link to view your cart. Within the Cart Details section, above the Billing Information, you will have the option to enter a promotion code. Entering a promotion code automatically discounts your purchases based on the type of promotion being held.
